Ran with Jamie in the neighborhood for 5.4 miles (usual route). I walked Stella, then went out again for about another 0.8 miles just because.
Did the Jacob pull-up routine but tried 6 instead of 5, so 6 palms forward, 6 palms back, 6 switch grip, 6 switch grip the reverse way. The last rep of the last set was kind of questionable but it was pretty close. Then did 40 "perfect push-ups"
