Looped around the block, then out past the golf course and headed to the Y. Did three one mile pick ups which were planned for 7:00-7:10 range, but I felt better on each one and instead did 6:32, 6:35, 6:26. There were long breaks between the fast miles. The idea was to practice breaking out of a slower pace at any time. Whether or not this is effective it still felt good and I got the mileage in.
